Title: Encinitas meeting to improve 101 through Leucadia. BE THERE

Wednesday evening at Encinitas City Council meeting around 7pm (agenda item #5). Some reference articles to give your arguments for better bicycling infrastructure and slower traffic speeds substance. Especially interesting is the youtube video about how opponents of roundabouts quickly change to lovers.
