Title: and the bike fit
Post by: Judy Frankel on July 30, 2008, 11:33:16 AM
Speaking of new bikes and the engine being important.. the bike fit is as well...

I have been MIA lately.. somewhat being due to a lot of work on this project which I have just finished and has just gone live.  You might find it of some interest..

Hope to see you out there this weekend.

Agreed. After tweaking with my position on the bike for many years, I finally got a professional bike fit and it was the best investment I could have made as far as comfort and performance.

I asked for recommendations and many people suggested Ehris Evertsen from Podium Cycles (http://www.podiumcycles.com/ (http://www.podiumcycles.com/)). He does an absolutely fantastic job and charges a lot less than most places. He's a really cool guy and he'll really will find the best fit for your body and your needs (comfort, speed, long rides, etc, etc). Drop him an email if you're interested.
