Hello NCCC club members.
For the July 4 NCCC picnic, NCCC will provide hamburgers (a few veggie ones too Lisa), links, chicken, and condiments if we can arrange for a barbeque and someone to do the cooking. Maybe a fire extinguisher if you like to work real hot...
We were thinking a portable gas barbeque would do the deed in a quick manner as opposed to coals. Also, someone not afraid to burn a few things and take the heat from starving cyclists that might be looking at you as though you were the lightest pair of carbon fiber wheels available for free.
Contact me either by PM or email if you have a barbeque you can bring (we'll pay for your propane). Or if you want to cook 'em.... The food that is.

I can get a volunteer to cook, our Xcountry sag driver, however, we have no grill.

Looks like the Bar-B-Que idea is a non starter this year. So we'll still do as originally planned and have everyone bring a main dish or dessert according to your last name. Looking forward to seeing you and everyone else out there.
Don't forget a chair and/or blanket. Maybe a hat.
