Thanks for the info. If anyone plans to attend, let me know. I doubt I can make it because of my work schedule, but I would love to submit a letter with suggestions. This is something that has been in the works for a few years now. I believe Olga Diaz is one of the council members that has been pushing it. She's quite nice and always likes to hear from people directly. The current path is in shambles. I'm not sure when it was completed, but the city does not maintain it and it is more or less and camp site for the homeless. One big issue is that the street crossing are very dangerous, and that people do not understand the concept of an MUP. I would like to see this path completed to have an alternative to city streets. As the city does a poor job of maintaining the roads, and with traffic as it is, trying to get across town can be a nightmare.
