Tue ride out of Del Mar Heights moved up to 5:00

As we approach the end of another season of after-work riding, we are moving up the start time to 5:15 for the next couple weeks. Then, if we still have a good group, we can start at 5pm before we abandon this season - suggested last ride dinner location is Pizza Port in Solana Beach this year.

Two riders last night - Mike Bando and yours truly. We had a good brisk ride, but it was pretty dark at the finish, 6:45. Therefore, let's move the start up to 5:00 pm and try to get in a ride or two before we close down for this year. Vote here for for suggested last ride date. I would suggest either Oct. 5 or Oct. 12. The plan is still to go to Pizza Port after the last ride.

Dan and I vote for Oct. 12 - we are trying to figure out how to be there. Little more complicated without my carpool person. Last week we were intending to ride, but Dan got caught in traffic for over an hour. Pizza Port sounds like fun!

Tomorrow is projected to be evening rain so maybe next week works better???  I will be there tomorrow if the weather holds up.  Bando

I regret to say that a family emergency is going to require my being in Portland, OR from at least this Thursday through next Thursday. Tuesdays for the rest of the season may be impossible for me. - Karl
