"Roadie" - Can someone provide feedback on the Sunday long rides.  Is this group fast paced, any regrouping?  What level of riding is this.  Trying to better understand this ride group.

Thanks,

karlos

These are very similar to the Saturday long rides, roughly 16-18 mph and plenty of hills - e.g last Sunday in De Luz, we did 65 mi and 6600' climbing, one of  the harder routes. The mileage and elevation on the website, as well as the route maps if you follow the link, give you all the details you need. If you like riding the Saturday long rides, you'll find these very similar, including the people who participate.

Looking for input from others then the ride guide.  Appreciate it.... ;D

I agree with Karl.

The rides are pretty similar. Sunday may be a tad faster but it isn't substantial and it will break into echelons when the road points up. If you can do Saturday there is no doubt you can do Sunday.  If you ride tomorrow and are slow you will be able to keep me company in the back.

PS Sunday riders,  I'm so looking forward to tomorrow. I've finally recovered enough from a softball injury (ankle and foot) to give it a go.  It's been awful, without riding I really have nothing to do.  I've disturbingly made progress on the "honey do" list and unwisely raised my wife's expectations for husband performance.  I need to ride.

Thanks everyone the ride was great, hard but great.  Hope to see you again next Saturday.
