Long rider's Etiquette practice

It has come to my attention on our Saturday long rides that individuals have to improve their riding  etiquette!
ie When you are in a  group  of  riders and someone is pulling and you are drafting  it is not polite to pull around
and drop the group of riders you were drafting.  Instead pull around and then let the person who is doing the work pulling the group
catch your wheel and rest a little .
ALSO   THIS IS NOT A RACING CLUB
Yes we want everyone to come out and enjoy the ride But a little consideration for  ALL  riders is appreciated!
Waiting at turns and helping out the slow riders, yes you won't be at the front of the group  but does it matter that much??Shouldn't
Thank you for your time
