The city of vista is preparing to update it's "bicycle master plan"come view the proposed bicycle network and provide feedback.

Vista's 'bicycle planner' does not ride a bike, he doesn't even own a bicycle. When I offered to get him a bike he responded by saying no he had other priorities! He drives the 2 miles to work from his house in his big block V-8 muscle car.
The primary request, nay demand, to the city council should be to replace all non/anti cyclists assigned to bicycle planning with planners who actually ride bicycles.
