Club Century Start Time Question

Just a heads up...the July 3rd Club Century has two start times listed at 7:00 under the regular ride schedule and 7:30 under the long ride schedule. I assume it's a 7:00 start, or there are two start times. In any case a bit confusing. Any clarity would be appreciated. Thanks and thanks to Jeff for his annual century planning.
