Annual Training Ride To Palomar this Saturday, July 22

NCCC Riders & Riders In Training,
Just when you thought you thought you would ride up and down the coast again... another butt* buster!

Join us and a few others on a cruz up Palomar Mtn. and points beyond... 203K/127mi.
Temps have dropped from last week and it's a good route before the snows come to the mtns!

We'll be leaving Mobil Mart @ 6:00 sharp this Saturday. It's just south of the Coast Hwy/La Costa Ave intersection.

The route goes up Lake Wohlford Road on the way to Mother's Kitchen on Palomar Mtn. Then it's down East Grade Road to Santa Ysabel, Ramona via Old Julian Hwy., Highland Valley Road and  back to the Start.

We'll swing by San Marcos Theater for pick-ups around 6:40ish for those wishing to start from there.

We'll ride in sort of a of a "modified audax" style (group) with several regroups and refuel stops too.
This isn't a race and no prizes awarded!

We had a nice group last year, when Scotts* front fork kept getting out of alignment!
Looks like the cameras will be rolling on this trip too!

So if you're looking for an excuse not to ride, this is it!
