NC3 Annual Meeting - New Bylaws [RATIFIED] at Holiday Party

The Holiday Party also serves as the annual NCCC meeting of members. The agenda for this part of the party is the announcement of club status as an Unincorporated Association, slate of 2012 officers, and vote on ratifying the club Bylaws. The original club Bylaws were out of date and contained unnecessary, extraneous language which assumed the club would incorporate as a non-profit someday. We never have. NCCC President John Wellwood took on the task of starting with a fresh Bylaws template from the League of American Bicyclists and putting in writing what it is we really do. John's work has gone through several review cycles by the Board and is now a very readable document of only 3 pages.

John has improved the final version of the bylaws based on recent comments - mostly just improved wording in my opinion.
