This topic has been moved to Club Rides & Events as I think this is important that NCCC should acknowledgement this treatment. Howard LaGrange will also be speaking at the ceremony, as part of the educational aspect of the event - most motorists AND cyclists do not exactly know what the signage means - it is NO change in California law, just a clarification of our rights, responsibilities, and rules we need to follow for sharing the road. We all benefit from these kind of additions, and hopefully no more face plants with a sprained neck (sorry, Bill Fagan) from this point forward.
