Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to give a shout-out and muy kudos to everyone who rode with the Regular Group on Sat the 28th (Yesterday). I don't recall when we've had such a large group and everyone pulled together to make an amazing ride. You folks did so well and I just wanted to say thanks!!! I met so many great people which makes the ride much more enjoyable even though the workout is tough at times.

As I talked with a couple of folks on our ride, the subject of a good bike mechanic came up. Maybe others with NC3 have other ideas as well. Alpha Bikes in Vista is closing there doors due to a rent increase by a new landlord. I've been a customer of Chris's at Alpha since I started riding bikes in 1994. It's a bummer to see his shop go. Chris's main Mechanic Abe (short for Abraham) has started to work out of his garage in Vista and is a super great guy and mechanic.

His contact information:
ABE's BIKE repairs
654 Ocotillo Dr.
Vista, Ca 92083

Thanks again,

Wayne,

Thanks for the awesome feedback!  :)

The Regular Roadies have a wide range of cyclists from very strong riders to those that ride once a week and at the same time, making it a fun experience.  We have four (actually 5) ride leaders that rotate and support each other and the group very well.
