Saturday I had a crash/accident with one of the two German Shepards on West Lilac Rd. My bike is ok, but my helmet is detroyed (Any typos can be blamed on that).  I've heard these dogs have been a problem but the owners claimed their dogs have not bothered anyone and Animal Control confirms this as it has not received any complaints until mine. 

Animal control's number is 760-966-0239

where on west lilac do these dogs live?

The address is 11223 West Lilac Rd.  This iis @ a half mile NW of the intersection with Lilac Rd.
