New Long Ride Leader needed

All,
Dec 10 will be the last ride I lead and a new Long Ride Leader is needed.

Unfortunately I need another back surgery, this one more extensive than the one I had 2 years ago so I must give up my leader position.  My recovery will be longer and I can't just look for replacements as I did last time.  I can assist the new ride leader before my surgery, if needed, otherwise you'll have to ask others to help you since I'll just need to focus on my recovery.
