It is 6:17 am and it is still extremely wet outside.  Kevin will not be riding and more than likely our ride will be cancelled.  I will keep checking up until 7:30 am and if it is drying out, I will be at OCRR.  If still wet roads at that time, we will have to cancel.  There is always tomorrow!
